Johnson has been to Buckingham Palace to meet Queen Elizabeth and is now back in Downing Street.
"I want to congratulate absolutely everybody involved in securing the biggest Conservative majority since the 1950s," he said at party HQ this morning.
"With this mandate and this majority we will at last be able to do what?"
And of course, the supporters began to chant the new fad in Tory slogans, namely "get brexit done".
