Fetty Wap cuffed on DWI, drag racing charges in Brooklyn

Cops busted rapper Fetty Wap for DWI and drag racing in Brooklyn early Friday, police said.

Cops spotted a 2012 Mercedes CLS AMG speeding west swerving in and out of traffic racing another vehicle on the Gowanus Expressway near Hamilton Ave. in Red Hook about 1:20 a.m.

When they pulled the Mercedes over they found over Wap, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, behind the wheel.

Wap, 26, showed police a suspended New Jersey license and appeared drunk, officials said.

He was arrested for reckless endangerment, illegal speed contest, drunken driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a car, illegal lane changing and a host of other offenses.
